First-Time Login Instructions
- Enter the email address used during registration.
- Enter the temporary or personal password connected to your account.
- Select Log In.
- Change your temporary password when prompted.
- Review your student dashboard and course instructions.
Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see your account email.
Having Trouble Logging In?
- Confirm your email address is entered correctly
- Check that Caps Lock is turned off
- Use the Forgot Password link to reset your password
- Clear your browser cache and try again
- Try a different supported browser
- Check your email for account activation instructions
Online Course Access Requirements
For the best online learning experience, students should have:
- A reliable internet connection
- A working email address
- A desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or compatible smartphone
- An updated internet browser
- Working audio
- A private and distraction-free learning environment
